    • Synopsis
    • Following the death of his father, Fin Bordeaux and his partner Emma are forced to return to his family home, ‘Ashe House’. The couple hope that the inheritance will give them a much needed opportunity to rebuild their broken relationship and !nd a way out of the !nancial di!culties caused by Fin’s struggles with addiction.

      At Ashe House, they meet Ben and Pearl Geraux, the elderly couple who run the estate and who were surrogate parents to Fin when he was young. They also encounter Mary Ellen Trawick, a wealthy socialite whose friendship transforms the weary Emma and begins to exert a powerful influence on the young woman.

      Things take a darker turn after Fin discovers that Mary Ellen’s high society parties are signi!cantly more than gatherings of the movers and shakers of Savannah’s glitterati. Fin and Emma are drawn into a dark web of Gnostic Vodou - a hellish labyrinth of secrets, lies, temptation and possession.

      Not knowing who to trust, Fin is forced to confront his deepest fears in order to !nd the strength to !ght for the soul of the woman he loves against dark and terrible forces.
