    • Synopsis
    • Ji-hyun, a freshman moves from the countryside to attend university in Seoul, and struggles to adapt to big city life. Overwhelmed by this new world he seeks out a friendship with Jaewon, a senior recently discharged from the military returning to university.

      In an attempt to get closer to Jae-won, Ji-hyun joins the university surfing club and is introduced to a whole new landscape filled with new friendships, new challenges and emotions he has yet to explore.

      Slowly their friendship grows into an intense, yet unsure curiosity for one another. And with each encounter layer upon layer of their inner struggles are revealed. Jae-won’s past and depression is exposed and Ji-hyun’s uncertainty with his identity.

      But soon their developing relationship is thrown in turmoil after a surfing accident, brining Ji-hyun near death, and leaving Jae-won feeling responsible. As the obstacles build Ji-hyun and Jae-won are pulled further apart, but it is within this distance they discover their
      own power and the depth of love they feel for one another.

      The pull towards each other is too strong and the tide brings them back together.
