    • Synopsis
    • The story is based around a small group of soldiers, two Russian female prisoners and Aliya a Russian women and collaborator with the Germans. She escaped the Soviet advance on the Eastern Front near the latter part of World War Two.

Its 1944 and the German army is being attacked on all fronts, being thrown back by a fresh Russian offensive as they forge ahead with their mass produced T34 tanks.

This dark story is a tale of a small, disparate band of German soldiers, two female Russian prisoners who are trying to keep a wounded man alive, and a female Russian collaborator. If the Germans and the collaborator are caught by the Russians, they will be shown no mercy. The female Prisoners want to escape but are torn as the wounded man will die without their aid and their knowledge is vital to the others

survival. Jaded by the years of loss and war horror their loyalties are torn, but their greater need for humanity and compassion wins out and they work to keep their captors alive.

Our lead character, 2nd Lieutenant Joachim Brandt is a German soldier from the Officer Class background. He has become a disillusioned by the war, scarred by the trauma and folly of this endless death and brutality. He is lost, weary and struggles to keep his command due to him losing all hope, he just wants to get back to his family.

The film opens with a young German soldier called Theo Weiss. He is attempting to escape a Russian counter attack with his men. He’s lucky enough to get on the back of a German truck retreating from the advance.

Our villains of the piece are Sergeant Bruno Guize and Private Lieber. Both are hardened by the war and are responsible for two Russian female soldiers who are medical personnel. The two women have been captured by the Germans, and are being kept alive to aid a wounded German soldier on the back of the truck. Aliya who is a Russian civilian collaborating with the Germans, is also in the back of the German truck.

This film will show a strong female group and will introduce 2 female snipers towards the end and we also introduce the sniper that will be seen in the later film Order of Glory.

In addition to the action-packed war scenes, there will be strong emotional scenes where we see the soldiers on both sides suffering the psychological and physical trauma of war. There will be moments where we see both the Germans and the Russians facing emotional breakdowns, physical pain and delirium due to the tragedy of their circumstances.

We will explore divided loyalties in the face of blind hatred as humanity and compassion struggle in this tale of joint suffrage for these people to survive.

The final battle scene will be set at in an open field in Russia with our surviving characters holding the line against the Soviet advance.
