    • Synopsis
    • Set against the majestic backdrop of the Altai Mountains of Northwestern Mongolia, THE EAGLE HUNTRESS is the spellbinding true story of Aisholpan, a 13-year-old girl who will break a 2,000 years of male-dominated tradition to become the first female Eagle Hunter.

Under the guidance of her father – a Master Eagle Hunter – she will capture a golden eagle chick from its nest on the mountain cliff and learn the ancient art of hunting foxes on a horse back with the help of a wild eagle .
Charismatic Aisholpan is a real life role model on an epic and insipiring journey pushing her limits to compete in the annual Golden Eagle Festival against 70 experienced male Eagle Hunters to prove that “a girl can do anything a boy can, so long as she’s determined.”

Visually striking, this entertaining and enchanting slice of real-life adventures will engage and please a worldwide family audience.
