- Synopsis
- At the end of 1990, year when the communists are still attempting to remain in power, a political prisoner is secretly taken out of prison in order to meet his old university friend, now Head of the European Delegation, who has come to monitor human rights conditions in Albania. But nothing goes according to plan.
