- Synopsis
- Anděl Páně II is a loose sequel to the Christmas fairy directed by Jiri Strach and Ivan Trojan and Jiri Dvorak in the leading roles. This time the role of screenwriter took over by Marek Epstein.
  Again we encounter a pair of figures representing symbolic opposites of good and evil – Angel Petronel and devil Urias, who this time descend to the human world to find the lost Apple Knowledge. Because if somebody tasted it, he would know what God only knows, and it would really be in trouble! What trouble? That would be the end of the world!
  On the day of the feast of St. Nicholas Petronel with Uriah on Earth acquainted with the poor girl and her mother Linda, encounters with carol singers and a band of rogue greed owner of the tailor's workshop. They are exposed to a number of human and "divine" tests to finally find out that the path to knowledge leads primarily through self discovery through the strength of friendship, love and forgiveness skills.
