- Synopsis
- In Vietnam, just after an operation section, Dr. Hoang Linh was shocked when she recieves a news that her ex-husband The Vinh is dying in USA and he wants to meet her before he pass away.
  The story was unfolds when Hoang Linh was trying to drive as fast as she could to The Vinh’s house.
  The past returns, The Vinh married Hoang Linh, but their colleague- Ha Giang loves The Vinh. With the enthusiasm of the young doctor, they are often present during the volunteer trips organized by actress Khanh Ngoc and her fiancé - the overseas Vietnamese businessman - Danh Nguyen, and the American Doctor - Dr. Peter.
  While at work, Hoang Linh and Ha Giang sometimes have a common jobs and there is a patient was accidently die by the innocent and inexperience of Ha Giang during the operation. Hoang Linh was suspended, Ha Giang was innocent. The Vinh was promoted by Ha Giang’s family. Hoang Linh received video of The Vinh and Ha Giang. She shocked and decided to break up with The Vinh. Hoang Linh married Peter and she follows him to USA.
  Hoang Linh used the "American Dream" to return to work but things does not as she intended. Differences in views on life and culture created conflict between Hoang Linh and Peter which is hard to heal, especially with the appearance of The Vinh in the United States.
