    • Synopsis
    • Claudia, a lonely youngster, works at a supermarket. When she ends in the E.R. due to appendicitis, she meets Martha, the woman in the next bed. Martha invites Claudia to her home, where she lives with her children. The peculiar milieu of this family helps Claudia create a friendship with Martha, and when she discovers that HIV is waning her health, she decides to commit herself to this family.
