- Everyone wants Nick Barrow (Vince Vaughn) dead. Nick, a thief who plans and sells heists to the highest bidder, finds himself in the crosshairs of crooked cops, contract killers and a drug kingpin after his latest job goes very awry. In a desperate, last-ditch effort to leave something behind for his estranged daughter (Hailee Steinfeld), Nick takes out a $1 million life insurance policy — but he has to survive 21 days for it to kick in.
