In order to celebrate in a very special way the tenth anniversary of Tegui, German Martitegui decides to close his restaurant for forty days, to open it two days later in front of the Andes Mountain Range, without walls, without roof, cooking only with fires and following the movement of the Sun.

    • For some people, gastronomy remains as a matter of passion, facing increasingly ambitious creative challenges. And it’s also about love, for the art & craft in a kitchen but for the team of people who accompany him in his adventures, coming to feel them as a true family. This is the case of Germán Martitegui, considered the best chef in Argentina, number ten in Latin America, who in the framework of the tenth anniversary of his restaurant Tegui, decides to close it and leave together with all his team of twenty-two people -his family- to create a unique and unrepeatable experience for forty nights in front of the Andes mountain range, creating a menu exclusively with local products and marrying them with the wines of another family -this blood link- but with the same current of passion, commitment and creativity , who would be their hosts: The Michelini brothers.
