- Synopsis
- To what extent does the nowadays so popular brainwashing referred to as
  „team building” help us find our way in everyday life? In what respect
  does it help us answer the fundamental questions of our lives? To what
  extent is a person from a former communist country capable of adopting the
  values dictated by this “brave new world”? And how much can a coach
  imported from Great Britain understand the sometimes too East European
  conditions?
  Peter works as a video cameraman at a team building training held in the
  countryside. The work of the young man consists of recording the things
  happening during the weekend: he records the memorable moments and
  humiliations of the participants, the team building, and the sometimes
  cruel, but effective methods of the foreign coach, George. Peter agrees to
  make a film summarizing the weekend. The film is shown at the farewell
  party, but nobody gets what they expected.
  A sociography about a country, which conquered its freedom. Did it really
  succeed?
