    • Synopsis
    • Tino is a little bird who, as yet, has never taken flight. You can well understand that, with such an affectionate mother who spoils him from morning to night, bringing him first-class shoots and worms to the nest. Yet Tino is a little behind his little brothers and all the young feathered ones in the forest. His father is very worried about Tino, he fears that he will never learn to fly, he would like an exemplary son and urges him to jump from the branch; but the branch is too high, Tino suffers from vertigo and is very afraid. One day, while he is snuggled up in the nest waiting for his mother to come back laden with food, Tino meets the eyes of a beautiful little bird hovering on the branch opposite. Never had he seen such a delicate little bird. They watch each other, day after day, chirping together, keeping each other company from afar, until one morning Pia takes flight and joins everyone else in the sky. She seems to forget about Tino, the sky is too high and too joyful for her to stand still on a branch. From that day on, Tino puts one thing in his mind: he will overcome his fears and start flying. He cannot lose Pia for any reason in the world.
