    • Synopsis
    • TAKE FIVE is a classic jazz piece performed by the Dave Brubeck Quartet in 1959. It owes its fame to its unusual 5/4 tempo, an irregular quintuple time with five beats. Since then, the title of the song has become an idiomatic expression. TAKE FIVE features five leading characters bearing the real names of the actors playing themselves (and something sharing the same life experiences). Five “solo performances” in one of the jazziest city on the planet: Naples.
