- The greatest engineering work of nineteenth-century in America, the dam in the highlands of Cordoba, is now under water. His mentor acts in politics, has power, is a liberal for the era and has social concerns.
  But who is?
  Sueñero is the search for a ghost. Joan Bialet Massé, Catalan, who emigrated to Argentina in 1873, disappearing without a trace in Catalunya, leaving behind his live and his past.
  In Argentina, is the time of the final definition of the modern country and the masonry acts as a protective umbrella for the entire ruling elite. On reaching the new world Bialet Massé is immediately related to power. His career was meteoric: doctor, lawyer, pioneered the development of the Argentine labor law, socialist icon.
  In Cordoba, Argentina, Bialet is a myth around his figure weave multiple stories, a village has its name, the students claimed him, is illustrated by films, his work is related to the fable of Argentina possible.
  In Mataró, Catalunya, no myth, no one knows. Simply and from the top of a street, a poster print his name.
  An underwater camera down to the very core of the high dam, is a recurring image, bubbles, iron, structure, and a past shrouded in mist, the image invites you to dream, to think ... Who was Bialet, moved his forces to go? How to build the imagination of one person one hundred years later?
  Elliptically the movie jumps from Argentina to Catalunya, lurching between myth and ghost, asking for a past that refuses to be unveiled, a Moebius strip with no answers, only the wake of the passage of Bialet Massé by history.
