- For Juan (Johnny Ortiz) life is not easy, he grows up with his single mother in a dodgy and gangs controlled area. Getting along in this harsh world is a challenge for the slowly growing adolescent. His uncle Manny (Danny Trejo) - an ex gang member released from jail - serves him as a role model.
