- Synopsis
- A block away from Echaurren Square, Valparaíso it is located the Salvation Army, an institution in charge of easy the needs of homeless people that visit this institution. Jorge Aicón, the captain of the place is faced by a homeless man, who complains for being kicked out of the place every time he has no money.
