- Synopsis
- The tragedy of the city of La Plata (capital of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). The storm
  unleashed the day April 2, 2013. The documentation on the streets, the day after, through a bicycle
  tour. The meetings with the affected citizens. Dead people. The disappearance of more than 50%
  of audiovisual material (Just when ceased to function "inexplicably" the external hard drive that
  contained it.) Documentary reconstruction, from another perspective, a year later. A restructuring
  temporally of all events and in terms of content: "Voices" that were lost. New "voices"
