    • Synopsis
    • City stoplights are living graves for thousands of people displaced from their native rural settings and forced to come beg in the city. One such man, Raul, a recycler alienated by this stubbornness, a desire for total freedom and drugs, is bent on using the little knowledge he still possesses and a few improvised devices to allow those working the stoplight to control when it changes from red to green so the interventions by jugglers, handicapped and street vendors can last longer. In the middle of this fantastic delirium, the circus-like halo encircling their lives slowly changes to a symphony of despair, devoid of hope and touched by anarchy.
