    • Synopsis
    • Cheong-wing is a paralyzed man who has lost his family, Evelyn is a young woman who abandoned her dreams and her home to make a living abroad. Two people outcast and overlooked by society are brought together by fate when one enters the other’s home to work as a domestic helper. Their co-habitation gets off a rocky start, but they develop a bond as they slowly come to see beyond each other’s superficial qualities. The directorial debut of Oliver Chan Siu-kuen – the latest film from the immensely successful First Film Initiative - explores all the differences that pull people apart and the universal values that bring them back together.
