    • Synopsis
    • Yunhwa is a welder at a shipyard in her mid-50s who was born, raised and started a family in Ulsan. After working for a long time, her body isn’t well. However, she gets pressured by the company for her to quit. Since she has two kids who haven’t graduated from school, so she’s worried and the fact that she’s getting laid off as a man, a breadwinner. During that event, she gets suspicious about her co-worker and the original retirement target, Taemin, thinking that he bribed one of the high-ranked positions to change the order with her. Yunhwa, who has been living clean for her whole life, tries to bribe too, but she doesn’t have enough money. For her last option, she writes down the truth that she saw and hangs up the poster for everyone to see. But, everything has turned out to be a misunderstanding and finds out later that Taemin has helped Yunhwa’s son, Sejin, to get a job there. Yunhwa, who has given up everything, went fishing instead of working. When she saw the giant squid that has been brought to the shore by the tide from the deep sea because it’s aged, she cries her eyes out feeling the same pain. that the situation seems similar to her. Yunhwa tries to get used to her life after retirement and when she sees Sejin leaving for work, she feels sad that his future will be just like her.
