- Synopsis
- During the Nazi storming of Poland, successful doctor Artur Planck, his wife Clara and two daughters seek shelter at a safe house out on the farm of their grocer Emilia. Amidst the horrors of the war, an impossible love triangle erupts as Emelia uncontrollably falls in love with Artur.
