- Synopsis
- Evan Birch is a charming and handsome professor who appears to be living an idyllic life with his wife, Ellen, and their two children. However, Evan’s past reveals a number of illicit relations with his students. When a young woman is found murdered, Evan becomes the prime suspect.
  
  Tough local detective Robert Malloy is assigned to the case and becomes relentless in his pursuit of Evan. Malloy’s investigation obtains strong evidence against him. Evan continues to maintain his innocence. However, when Evan relives his past affairs, he begins to realize he could be capable of murder.
