- Spark Is a charming and clever teenage beagle with the extraordinary ability to literally smell problems with machines...and then fix them. He is also a talented cart driver who dreams of racing at the Pro-Level in his own transforming Mecha. Spark can also be a bit of loner but is a good and loyal friend who thinks the world of his cart-racing team members known as Team Black & Tan (based on Spark’s beagle fur markings). Although Spark has plans to become the G.O.A.T. Mecha pilot, his confidence is sometimes undermined by the fact that he’s basically an orphan. His mom died when he was very young pup and his dad, an infamous A.I. programmer, later abandoned him to live with a friend who Spark calls his “uncle.” The mystery of his father’s disappearance is a wound that has only healed on the surface.
