  12 year old Sonetàula’s father has been wrongly imprisoned. Working as a shepherd boy, he is guided by his grandfather. When he’s 18, Sonetàula reacts to an insult by cutting the hooves of the herd belonging to the offender. He does not report to the police station when summoned and goes on the run, becoming a reckless bandit. Killing and robbing, living like a hunted animal, plagued by fear and loneliness, Sonetàula plots how he will take his revenge on the man who accused his father of a crime he did not commit…
