- Oliver, a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ romance novelist, hides in his safe, predictable life in New York City, writing adventures he’s too afraid to live. But on his annual volunteer trip, he meets June, a woman who awakens something real in him; true love. His new found euphoria is quickly shattered as he finds out she’s suddenly engaged. Heartbroken and ready to give up, he’s shaken out of his slump by a mysterious call from June’s cousin, Sydney, who hints there’s more to this engagement—and that Oliver might be the one to help.
  
  With encouragement from his thrill-seeking roommate, Cash, Oliver steps out of his daydreams of adventure and steps into his own- heading to June’s hometown to break up the wedding. Teaming up with Sydney, they plan to convince June to reconsider. But unbeknownst to them they’ve placed themselves in the middle of a high-stakes arms deal meant to unite the two warring families.
  
  After they find out the marriage is arranged, the trio’s attempts to intervene spiral into chaos as they’re wedding crash turns into a rescue mission. Now, facing deadly stakes, Oliver must choose—fight for love or run for his life.
