- Synopsis
- In 2018, a great earthquake hit the western part of Japan. The area was destroyed completely, but the devastated area had no prospect for reconstruction, and it soon became unpoliced slums. The government withdrew the police, but established a commune agreement of the area instead. Soon or later, this anarchic area was divided into several small communes ruled by gangs, later to be called “SLUM-POLIS”.
  
  In 2041, two young men, Joe and Asu, live in the 3rd commune district. One day, they meet a prostitute called Anna, and they start to live together. Each of those three has different dreams; Joe wants to get out of SLUM-POLIS to go to the city, while Asu wishes his music to be played in a radio show hosted by his favorite D.J. sometime, and Anna hopes to hold an exhibition of her paintings. Initially, Joe's dream is just to escape from SLUM-POLIS, but after meeting with Anna, his hope to go to the city to make Anna's dream come true grows bigger and bigger...
  
  To earn enough money to make their dreams come true, Joe and Asu join a group of thugs planning to attack the drug transporting truck managed by a yakuza syndicate. Their plan seems to succeed at first; however, the drug lord and his underlings soon start to chase after Joe and Asu. Now, Anna’s life is in grave danger.
