    • This film follows the lives of three working class dancers living on the fringes of Pakistani society.
      In Lahore, Afreen Khan dances under state censorship in a theater, moving from one controversy to the next as she tries to catapult herself to stardom.
      In Multan, Uzma is a small-town showgirl controlled by her manager and boyfriend, Imran. We see Uzma face betrayal from Imran and lash back with a vengeance.
      Reema Jaan, an aging transwoman, and once a stage star, is now broke and torn between dependency on her boyfriend or on her third gender community. She longs for the glory of her past.
