  Shalimar is a fascinating and funny real story of the cultural reckoning of Indian authorities in their quest for power and money with no regard of the consequences on visitors. Arriving at New Delhi airport in the early hours, our central character, Marc, and the man sitting beside him on the flight, upon disembarking are to their surprise arrested for Eave-teasing. Marc upon his arrest had no idea, like most of us who live outside India, what Eave-teasing is. This begins the enlightening tale of a brave Aussie embracing all the surprise and sumptuousness that India brings forth in his effort to be freely released with hilarious colorful characters, delicious flavors and a smashing Bollywood soundtrack.
