- Synopsis
- Teenage film fanatic Zhang Junjia has a plan to impress school belle Huang Qiaoshan. He gathers a production crew and makes a short film for her to star in for the upcoming art festival. Zhang faces endless obstacles to carry out the project, including raising funds to meet the budget by cozying up to rich kid Liang Can and his domineering friend Li Mengrui, and getting help from wedding company boss Zhao Yufei. Like so many high-school ambitions, Zhang’s master plan seems bound for a reckoning with reality...
