- Synopsis
- Over the years, the methodical Roberta Ribeiro has built an impeccable trajectory as a public official, always receiving the best evaluations and following a meticulously mapped out career plan. But that changes overnight when she finds herself transferred to the most chaotic public organization: SeMIOSe. Now, her job it’s to document absurd phenomena that occur frequently - such as a flying child, a house with endless corridors and a street that crosses time instead of space - and find a way to fix the mess they cause, using only the bureaucracy of the state, so that the solutions given are always quite questionable. In any case, Roberta’s biggest challenge will be to put up with her coworkers in the office, who are full of quirks and very confused in their own right. One workday at a time, she will have to figure out how to live with people and situations that she can’t control or fully understand. In the end, to Roberta’s surprise, she even learns how to like a routine like this, more unpredictable.
