- Synopsis
- Part 1: When a reality star, Ann Stanway (25), is pushed away from the show by the producers and Scott, her boyfriend and the star of the reality series, she knows that it is also the end of her relationship. Needing a change of scenery, Ann changes her appearance and decides to go back to her root by driving back to her hometown, Philadelphia. However, she gets into a small accident as she drives through Lancaster, PA. A van pulls over and the handsome driver, Jimmy (21), who is also an aspiring actor, gets out to make sure Ann is okay. Sarah, an Amish woman about her age, comes out of the van and offer Ann to stay at her B&B until her car is fixed. Ann is very grateful to both of them. She quickly finds comfort with the town and the people, especially Sarah, and promises to help Sarah to promote the B&B she built with her deceased husband. Ann also has an instant connection with the handsome local cafe owner, Hunter (28), as they try to help a mysterious homeless woman, named Clara. Jimmy grows jealous of them and this is when he realizes who Ann really is. Jimmy tries to contact Scott to tip him off with her location.
  
  Part 2: Things escalate for Ann when Scott shows up in Allentown. Scott wants her back and gives Ann two days to think about it before he flies back to California. Tension can be felt between her and Hunter. However, they continue to work together to try to help Clara. Ann finds a missing person files in Ohio and manage to contact Clara’s husband. Right around the time when Clara and her husband are scheduled to reunite, a tornado is about to hit the town. Ann tries to help everyone to get to safety. This is when she and Hunter get separated. When the tornado ends, Scott comes back to take Ann away. What will Ann do?
  
  Part 3: Ann can see Scott will not leave her alone especially since ratings have dropped drastically since she left the show. Ann comes up with a plan with Sarah, but in order for it to be effective they had to keep the plan a secret. To Scott’s delight Ann agrees to go back with him and suggest a press conference to be held to milk the publicity. Hunter hears about this news and believes Ann has just been using him the whole time. However, Ann uses this opportunity to quit her previous life forever.
