- Synopsis
- Rudolf Nureyev, genius of the dance, reformer of the classical ballet, one of the greatest legends and mysteries of the last century, lived an impetuous, full of romance and madness life that still continues to impress. The eternal wanderer, Nureyev traveled from country to country never staying long; he owned houses and islands in different parts of the world, but everywhere was only a guest. Lost his roots, he was like a wandering star in search of his proper home, the only Home he wanted to return. The film tells the story of his visits to Turkey, based on the unique evidence discovering the “unknown” Nureyev; the story about his
  production of “Sleeping Beauty” on the stage of the Istanbul Opera theater; about his dream to build the House near the island of St Nicholas.
