    • Synopsis
    • The stars of this feature documentary have been legends long before this trip: Stefan Glowacz, competitive climbing’s first superstar, Holger Heuber and the founder of the Red Point Climbing Movement Kurt Albert.
What attracts this experienced group of expedition climbers is never just the sports challenge, but the adventure of discovering new and heavy routes in areas that have not been explored before. This mission takes them to the Roraima-Tepui, a table-top mountain (2,810 m) on the border to Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana. The mythical and barely accessible mountain, high above the rain forest throws near insurmountable obstacles in Glowacz’ and his long-time partners, Kurt Albert and Holger Heuber’s way.
There is virtually no advance knowledge of what is the first ascent of the North-East Pillar – every yard of their route is an unknown that holds unpredictable perils.
