    • Synopsis
    • While the now famous Woodstock and Harlem Cultural Festival was happening that Summer, a rare appearance by John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Yoko Ono, Yes drummer Alan White and bass player Klaus Voorman made history at the Toronto Rock & Roll Revival. The one-day, 12-hour music festival – that almost didn’t happen - featured appearances by Chuck Berry, Chicago, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bo Diddley, Gene Vincent, The Doors and Alice Cooper. This important and mostly unknown event may have been the beginning of a revival but it may have also marked the end of The Beatles’ great era.

Featuring: John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bo Diddley, Gene Vincent, The Doors, Alice Cooper, and the Plastic Ono Band
