- HARDY, a young, lively Oryx, is the son of MERTINY, who is the head of the Grand Oasis. After Mertiny has died, the Grand Oasis is attacked by wolves. With the help of his clansmen, Hardy escapes to the Sweet Oasis to ask for help.
  During his journey, he meets a camel, RUTA. SARIR, the head of the Sweet Oasis, welcomes Hardy and elects Hardy as bellwether of the whole desert. The young Hardy loses himself in the easygoing lifestyle, and does not realize that Sarir is conspiring against him.
  Hardy is expelled from the Sweet Oasis. He travels through the desert with his friend Ruta, and they meet HALI, who is wise and skilled at martial arts. Hali teaches Hardy the principle of “more power means more responsibility.”
  Hardy receives the news that the entire Oryx nation has been enslaved by the wolves. To bring honor back to the Oryx Empire and to protect the peace of the desert, Hardy returns to his home. With the help of his friends and the Oryx Empire, he defeats the wolves and the traitorous Sarir, and brings peace and serenity back to the desert!
