- Synopsis
- Wednesday, December 20, 1995. Cali dresses up to celebrate Christmas and the beginning of the Fair. American Airlines Flight 965 from Miami, carrying 155 passengers and 8 crew members, is scheduled to land around 9:30 pm; But a string of navigational errors means that it never reaches its destination. The aircraft crashes into a hill, leaving its wreckage in an area of impossible access, with dense fog and controlled by guerrillas. A group of rescuers from Cali, including Dr. Quintero, paramedic Perdomo and firefighter Galvis, are the first to react and try to reach the scene of the accident, where they find a great surprise: miraculously there are passengers who have survived the initial impact and the sub-zero temperatures. The rescuers will have only a few hours to reach them and save them, facing all kinds of obstacles and difficulties.
