- Synopsis
- A band of hapless misfits gather at the glitzy St. Claire’s Hotel and Casino and while playing the slot machines, they each win a special gold coin which invites them to the penthouse suite of the hotel to receive their ‘prize’. Donald St. Claire, owner of the hotel explains that he has left $2 million in a train station locker in Silver City, New Mexico and the first one there gets the money. This unsuspecting group of Vegas visitors embarks on a hilarious adventure that takes them on a road rat to find their fortune – all at the expense of a group of ‘high rollers’. The racers encounter a string of obstacles in a madcap, fast paced scramble across the desert, only to discover that money isn’t the only that’s waiting for them in Silver City.
