- Synopsis
- The small village of Beugnolle was chosen by the government to host the launch of the operation "My City, My Radar". Operation which consists of installing in each commune, the new gem of French engineering, the "V 134-188" "Indestructible model" flashing from 20 km / h !. Two days before the inauguration, it is the Minister of Transport in person who will attend the first tests of the radar under the eyes of a herd of ruminants and the mayor of the commune displaying a smile nonsense and 'A beautiful ceremonial tie.
  It was during this test (which ought to have been only a formality) that we made acquaintance with the hysterical lieutenant Lavigne and his under-elder Corporal Masson, who by an excess of zeal was going to make the operation lamentably dismal.
  It is during the following night that a large part of the population of Beugnolle will reveal itself under the indiscreet flashes of our radar:
  
  - A mysterious "mobylettist" who sows terror on all the roads of the township and who will prove to be "head of horse" the only son of the mayor proving if it was necessary that consanguinity is commonplace in the region.
  
  - Baguette and Fender, two young musicos without a license and having discreetly borrowed a Mercedes collection whose magnificent windscreen will serve as a refuge at the siege of a deer.
  
  - Four Gypsies whose only determination is to complete their loading of scrap will begin to attack the "V 134-188" to the grinder. It is Jose, the Picasso of the mistoufle who enters two bawls of "his dead" with his sister will direct the maneuver. His second, Rico, an arm less and totally deaf after a probable career in explosives lends him the hand that remains to him while watching Benji, ten years, smoking Gypsy on Gypsy.
  
  - A movie star chosen by the government to be the sponsor of the operation will also experience the joys of "flashing" while he is strongly alcoholic and in the company of young local beauties stripped of clothing and IQ. His agent and friend to 10% not letting go of a sole will do everything to recover the compromising photos of his foal.
  
  It is during these two days that all these characters will cross and recross under the sharpened eye but more and more badly in point of the radar.
