- Synopsis
- PREDATORS is a dark, atmospheric drama-thriller about TEGAN (11), a scrappy and truant care-leaver wielding questionable influence over her innocent Friend FREYA (11). When Freya and Tegan are forced to babysit Freya’s brother REECE (10) they spend the the morning playing increasingly nasty tricks on him for their own warped amusement.
  When Reece snaps and walks off into the nearby wood, he stumbles across and abandoned Snake. When he refuses to leave it, the girls cruelly abandon him, naively expecting him to make his own way home. Reece doesn’t return home, and over the following days the reasons why become increasingly muddy.
  Fearing the worst when days pass without news, a guilt-ridden TEGAN is plagued by waking nightmares as she struggles to come to terms with her role in his disappearance. Made a Pariah by the community and her own foster parent, she sets out to find him alive and put things right, praying that it’s not too late.
