- Synopsis
- PORFIRIO sits in a wheelchair on the front porch in Florencia Colombia, waiting for his pension from the government. He sells "minutes" to phone-less neighbors while drinking unappetizing medicinal shakes that ease the pain of the bullett in his back. When night falls, he waits for LISSINJAWER, his teenage son, to come home for dinner and for JAZBLEIDY, the woman he loves and desires. One day, Porfirio is informed, that his case file has been misplaced. Afraid of losing Jazbleidy and Lissinjawer, Porfirio makes a decision to act and pawns his treasured cell phone and riding saddle. Accompanied by two grenades in his diaper and Lissinjawer, Porfirio manages to board and hijack a commercial plane to Bogota demanding to speak to the President.
