- Synopsis
- Who are the violent, dangerous, those who should be locked up learning how to live in society? Crime and what is considered as violence is a social construct that seeks selectively positioned on the popular sectors. Pibe Chorro interpellates the social construct for rethink the problem of children born with their basic rights violated and with little chance to think and want a future; children who grow up are seen as dangerous and future offenders by a large majority of society.
  Experiencing the possibilities offered by audiovisual, the documentary explores different perspectives on the issue, from images built by the media which reproduce the stigma to the strength of the political organization of the excluded.
