    • Synopsis
    • At the beginning of the movie we see Juanita an eighty five year old woman that spends her day cleaning the house while singing. After a couple of hours she suffers from a cardiac arrest and dies. The movie continues with the story of her grandson, Gabino and her daughter, Teresa. Gabino and his mother Teresa don’t have a good relationship, she would like Gabino to be more like his older brother, Miguel whom she idolizes and never comes to visit. However, Teresa always justifies his absence by saying he must be very busy. Gabino is a 24-year old man who still lives with his mother and works as a moving truck driver in Mexico City. He constantly witnesses the perils and distress that others have to endure as they move out of their homes and out of other people's lives. Gabino’s relationship with his mother is challenged when they find his grandmother dead in her apartment.
