- "On Chinese New Year's Eve, a family of three generations influenced by different cultures meet again unexpectedly after “Papa Lanterns” Lin Pingxi launches a flying lantern and makes a wish: re-unite his scattered family. When he returns home, the miracle has happened：his kids are suddenly back and trying to reestablish a relationship with their father: his elder daughter Fang who got married with a rich Chinese young man without his consent, his son Jia’an who studies oenology in France and his youngest rebellious daughter Mei who does her “special research” for her study in Taichung… Everything impossible becomes possible during this Chinese New Year…"
