      One day a young doctor at the emergency room of a municipal general hospital, Tsuyoshi examines a patient that seems to be suffering from the flu.
      The next day however, the patient deteriorates and is overcome by a number of agonizing symptoms.
      An invisible threat stalks the city, and the infection starts to spread throughout all of Japan.
