    • Synopsis
    • Tom (16) lives in a small winter sports resort in Bavaria and is about to come out as homosexual. He gets mobbed and threatened in school and feels misunderstood by his parents, but suddenly his life is turned upside down: by coincidence he finds out that Nikias – one of the cool boys at school who harass Tom – prefers boys rather than girls. In fact, Tom catches Nikias having sex with one of the other boys from the school gang. To top it off, there's this very cute boy who works at the town kiosk… Will Tom bring himself to finally accept himself and his feelings?
OUT NOW tells a story about what it’s like for young people to be homosexual and not to be able to talk about it; that gay boys often do not look "gay", and that it's normal for gays to fall in love, too, in a very normal way – just not with girls.
