    • Synopsis
    • TOMAS is a closeted gay man (30), torn between two sides of his double life. On one side he has his partner, PIJUS (30), waiting for him to finally come out of the closet, on the other - his conservative family, who have no clue about his sexual orientation.

During a Christmas dinner with his family, intimidated by his sister’s new boyfriend Dima, throwing homophobic jokes, and his cold strict aunt Olga, Tomas wishes to disappear from that painfully humiliating situation. Once Tomas gets home to his boyfriend Pijus, he realizes that he has actually became invisible.

Hoping to find the way to undo the wish, where it all began - Tomas returns to his parent's place and sees his own Double taking over his place. The Double is a version of Tomas, who went even deeper into the closet, becoming a homophobe himself. Tomas notices, that the Double is the only person able to see and hear him, but the Double chooses to ignore him. Tomas manages to provoke the Double and confronts him. In this moment of intense eye contact with this version of himself, Tomas becomes visible again and becomes the center of attention of his confused family. He decides to stop hiding and tells them that he is gay. While all sit in shock and uncomfortable silence, to everyone’s surprise, aunt Olga stands up for Tomas, supporting him in coming out, and invites him for a cigarette in the stairway. In an awkward moment of bonding, they learn that they have more in common than they thought.
