- Synopsis
- Sanem shares a house with three other transvestites in the backstreets of Istanbul and earns a living as a prostitute. As she dreams of a hero who can rescue her from this life, she notices Gökhan, who has recently moved to the same neighbourhood. She manages to draw Gökhan’s attention by playing childish games with him, and an unspoken relationship soon strikes up between them. The lives of Sanem and her three housemates are turned upside down after an unexpected event that leads Sanem to take shelter with Gökhan. And they embark on a journey in which Gökhan questions Sanem’s identity and Sanem questions his trust.
