- The “Oso Blanco” (aka “White Bear”) is the most feared prison of Puerto Rico. It is birthplace of 2 of the most famous latino gangs: “Neta” and “Los 27” and the scene of hundreds of murders. Including testimony from “El Jibaro” serving 48 years in the institution and “Flores” his guard for the last 27 years.
