- Oscar, the parrot, is a family feature film based on a true story which garnered national front page and television coverage over the four months of his abduction in 2002. Oscar’s owner, 12 year old, Suzi, teams up with police officer, Beau Littlefeathers, to track her pet to the nefarious exotic animal smuggler, Manitoba Mike. That journey takes them through the dark but humorous underbelly of Montreal and Winnipeg.
