- Synopsis
- Dave and his son Finny belong to the strange species of the Nestorians, a species that is not really good for anything. And of course, when they have to do the casting in order to be allowed on Noah’s ark, they don’t get in. But with a trick, Finny and Dave manage to smuggle themselves on board – and with the involuntary help of the carnivores Hazel and her daughter Leah, who don’t have any patience for the clumsy Nestorians. But then the ark leaves and Leah and Finny by accident stay on land. The unlikely couple has to rescue themselves from the rising water. They meet a string of weird creatures which missed the boat and join them in their journey. They become friends.
  The parents who stayed on board the ark do everything in order to get the boat to turn around. Finally the boat and the kids meet at the top of a mountain. And the Nestorians find out the reason for their clumsiness; they were destined to live in the water!
